" ... I find the water pill does work and really does help me during my periods. As women know, the water retention is horrible at those time for a week or more, well the water pill keeps my levels normal. My boyfriend has even used it when he was preparing for his bodybuilding competition. Bodybuilders need to get rid of water the last day before a show so the skin is tight and the muscles are visible. So as you can see the water pill is a huge favorite at our house. "
