" ... Very good multivitamin from a great company. I take the recommended dose daily and to be honest it's has made a huge difference on my overall health. One key thing is that my finger nails are stronger and my hair has stopped thinning. This is probably the best benefit.. and I am sure many guys out there will be happy to hear that. Pretty great. 5/5 "
