" ... Castor oil has been used in my familty for generation. My grandma used to tell us to take it when we were constipated as kids, and she still does to this day. Well it's alot easier to consume in pill form, let me tell you that! I am here to give my grandmother some respect, and share with you all the knowledge that castor oil is the best method, to naturally releive constipation. A' men! "
