" ... Cod liver oil is one of those unheard of supplements, yet they offer so much and can increase ones health substantially. That's what happened in my case. I decided to start taking cod liver oil so add more vitamins a and d, since my doctor said I was lacking in that department. I take them now and my levels are back to normal, actually better. I don't question it. All I know is that this brand is very effective. "
