This is a solid product the cinniman vanilla tastes great it mixes well but most of all you pack on some seriouse pounds with muscle i am a very hard person to get good gains and within 3 weeks of this product i put on 4 pounds of lean muscle and am no longer sore after the gym i give this a good 10/10 "
