" ... i give it a 4/5 because although i have noticed some change in my workout routine, it hasnt "blown me away" like the ads say it will...but to be fair, it has only been 2 weeks i have been using it; ill keep you guys posted.
The important thing that should be taken into consideration is that in the beggining u will be visiting the good old washroom quite a bit if u catch my drift; nothing drastic though, just thought i would point that out... This product has potential for a 5/5 rating. No serious sideffects up to now. i will post again in a month with a more precise critique. "
