I have tried the muscletech max and that gave me jitters and shakes, with this brand I am not experiencing any negative side-effects. Over these past 5 weeks I have been able to drop about 14 pounds and really tone up. I do get to the gym for the light weight training twice every week and I do watch what I eat Monday to Friday and then relax and cheat a little on the weekends. I think it for sure a lifestyle change, but the addition of this supplement has really increased the rate of success, for me. "

" ... A friend shared this with me. I haven't taken anything like this in many, many years. Would like to lose 15 lbs. As it was a bit rough coming on the first one (a mild dizzy, light-headed feeling but not too extreme), some vision effects. So, I decided only ONE the first day and the next day, it was more even, much milder and to my utter surprise, I definitely experience appetite suppression without feeling ill at all. I would look at food and think, nah it doesn't really look so good, or like at dinner, I had to put part of my food back. Day 3 now and only one again today, more comfortable with it. Thinking of doing one tomorrow morning and then a second about 6-8 hrs later (to avoid impacting my sleep). Would like to know more about the ingredients but haven't run across any negative comments yet. "

I am use to getting fat burners that work in the first couple of hours. But Lipo 6 is not like that, its more over a period of time. I just had a baby and my goal is to lose 35 to 40 pounds. When I first started with the post office, I dropped about 20lbs with out even trying to loose weight. Lindsey's answer .. 117# is a great weight... I'd stick to that... consider your height and look into average weight. It can become a dangerous world when your loosing more weight then you should... beware! Check with your doctor or with close friends and family... I'm sure your perfect the way you are. " ... I think that you have to find the right pill for you because this does not work for me. I have been taking this pill for about 2 1/2 weeks. I have gas all day literally, there is no appetite control so I have to control it on my own which is fine but it would help a bit if the product aided. I get tired if I dont take the 2nd dose by 3. Then when I do I and up all night. Havent lost any weight I actually gained 5lbs and it aint muscles lol. I exercise 3-4 times a week for 1 1/2 hrs and eat healthy.

Rachel's answer .. This is very odd.. I've never really heard of this in the past. I have used this and many other fat burners "targetted" at women and first time I am hearing this. It might be a combination of other supplements / drugs / preions / medicine that you might be taking? I'd suggest to find out for sure before continuing or switch to another (Hydroxycut MAX for women is also excellent)
