this is my first day on lipo natural, and i do not know if it is the pills or me (because it is my 5th day on atkins) but today i did not feel hungry and when i did eat i could only eat salad and a tiny piece of fish and i mean tiny and felt stuffed??? i tried lipo6x for a week and it DID not have this affect on me (i gained a kilo and a half). so i guess will see at the end of this week if it is working or not. "
