" ... I tried this product for 10 days and all it did was make me feel run down. product is difficult to digest and seems to sap all my energy. I take it it as directed in the morning and feel tired for several hours afterword. other brands of creatine suggest you take it before a workout but i would not try it with nutrex. this stuff just wears you out trying to digest it. I went back to my old brand and feel great again. "
