" ... Here is my honest review. I am currently on day 28 today, which equates to 4 full weeks. Here is a little backround, a little different than the everyday. In March of 2005 I decided that my life had to to a drastic change when I tipped my scales at 223 lbs at only 5'5. I have always been an attractive girl and a tennis & badminton player in high school and elementary school, so this was a major setback to my life as well as self esteem. I was just the type of girl the was said to have a pretty face, but that's it.. you know.. "cute". So I decided to make a change, I began to worked out 3-5 days a week and lost 63 pounds in the course of a year and 2 months. In April of this year, I noticed the plateau had set in and I was no longer seeing any noticeable results. I looked into supplements and was recommended by many professionals at Lipo 6 by Nutrex. Well, I must admit with no prejudice that I am in LOVE. I want to cry out my heart because of the results, amazing! I notice more definition, but even better people around me noticed as well. It feels so good getting compliments, not because I am conceted but because I feel good about myself finally, I have self-confidence! My body feels harder and more presentable in public (to me). I have lost about 4 1/2 inches off of my waist, as well I have lost about 12 pounds and all my pants are too big with the first bottle and just started my new bottle today. At this point I am almost at my goal weight, measurements etc. I am just using it to maintain and tighten up my waist a bit more. No question, I rate 5 stars. "

Ruben, if you're not getting any results by "training 4-5 days a week and eating clean" then diet pills are not going to save you. You obviously are NOT training properly and are far from eating clean. Once you get those two key elements in order, only then should you supplementing with a diet pill to "enhance" and "increase" results. Best of luck, never give up. "

There will always be that 1% of people that don't get results, that very very rare case and if the above posts are honest (doubt it) then that's where they fit in. Lipo 6 is one of the best fat burners you will find out there. Just read the rest of the success stories, hard to go against that. "

Each time I cycle it, for aprox. 10 weeks I always lose body fat. It's a great supplement to add to an existing diet and training plan. Most people "assume" that they are living a healthy lifestyle but they really have no clue and then they expect some "magic" diet pill to just "magically" melt their fat away - WAKE UP CALL.

It gave me the energy to have harder/longer workouts and suppressed my appetite to cut calories down to 1600 with ZERO cravings. If you want a magic pill, look elsewhere. If you need that little touch of help to get you over the hump, this is the pill to take. It is unfortunate how many people think a pill will do all of the work for them. Without working out, I can probably lose 1 lb per day with a strict diet and 6 capsules but with working out, 2lbs per day is definitely achievable. I took Lipo6 for about 4 months, and then decided to try Lipo6x. Personally, Lipo 6x capsules just LOOKS really cool, but I don't think there's a dramatic difference between the two. I've stopped taking Lipo6(x) altogether for a year, after achieving my weight. And just yesterday, I've decided to go back to it. It reminded me of why I loved it so much! Because when I work out, it stops me from feeling tired, so a normal treadmill run of 3 miles for me has increased to 5 miles and some more! I think it's great, definitely worth a try "

I need more caffeine, so if you're like me, and you used to drink soda and coffee daily, I would stack Leucine with this. And nitro-tech. So far I am unimpressed with this product. I have noticed no change anywhere. I started taking LIPO 6 about 2 weeks ago and changed my portion size and upped my H20 intake as well. I have lost an inch in my waist. I am also lisfing for 30 minutes and doing 30 minutes of running or elliptical training following lifting. Just 3-4 days a week. Is it my new diet and exercise or the pills or both? Well the truth is I am not as hungry even though I am normally starving after a workout. As far as getting headaches, any time that you increase your caffeine, you need to increase your water. If you are getting headaches it's probably because you are not taking in enough water. I am going to continue taking LIPO 6 for 2 more weeks and measure again. Somthing's working cause my pants are getting baggy. "

I have tried other fat burners before but nothing has been as effective as Lipo 6. It IS NOT a magic pill but it does give you the energy and focus to work out much harder than you usually do (I've added a daily morning 5k run to my usual gym sessions in the evenings)and it controls those food cravings. It has also helped me to dramatically cut my calorie intake too. The only time I had problem sleeping was when I forgot to take my afternoon dose and took it much later than usual.
