" ... I got a Ripped System today and it looks pretty interesting. The "Ripped Book" is pretty cool. There is a little biologoy compendium that touches on subjects such as The Kreb's cycle, norephinepherine's role in lipolysis, etc. The plan and the science behind the plan is all outlined pretty clearly and there is a well-outlined diet with examples of meals and a well-outlined workout routine including cardio and weight lifting. There are 2 diet phases and 2 weight lifting phases and an alternation between light cardio and "intense" cardio (which is basically described as sprints). Methyl Ripped is your basic run-of-the-mill thermogenic it seems, Methyl Lean is a "stimulant free" thermogenic and appetite supressant which is a type of product I have no experience with, and Methyl Dry is a diuretic and vascularity supplement but there are only like 6 servings of it and you're only supposed to use it for a max of 3 days. I don't plan on following the program to a T, but it looks as though one could acheive great results if he or she did. Good Luck. "
