" ... Adenergy is actually a very good product. I use it daily before my workouts and have felt dramatic changes in the past 7 weeks. I get better recovery times, faster strength increases, especially in biceps and chest, and finally more muscle! I am up about 7 pounds and it's pure muscle. I really love this one, and most of my friends that copy me and try it feel the same. "
