" ... I tried this protein when I was in the gnc because they recommended it to me. I am not too good with protein powders and stuff, I just wanted something to help me tone. This protein is a slow digesting which is supposed to be beneficial to my goals. My point, I am making great progress and I though it would be fun to post my good results. I hope this is helpful to some, it's very good tasting too. "
