" ... It's hard to find a good multi-vitamin for us women out there.. something that has ingredients that we women neeed. Well opti-woman seems to have it all, I have taken it to my doctor and he also recommended it. I can say that I take it twice a day and do feel better each day and get sick less. "

" ... I really like this mutli. I am pretty active, I play sports and weight train 2 times a week with some cardio activity here and there. So I need more than the average multi-vitamin from teh grocery store shelves. Opti-woman really helps me recovery and also gives me more focus. "
