No joke, in 4.5 weeks I am up 12 pounds.. and I feel great. I am really skinny to start off.. so any gains are great. " ... Excellent! I use both the pro co mplex gainer as well as the 100 percent whey protein formula. Both are great. I take the gainer early in the day and the pure whey before bed. Protein is key to making gains and progress.. it has made all the difference in the world to me once I increase my protein intake from 1.0 grams of protein pre 1.0 pound of bodyweight.. to 2.5 grams of protein instead!
