Protodioscin is the only saponin in the plant Tribulus Terrestris that enchances testosterone production.
Tricky part is that only Tribulus that grows in South Bulgaria contains this very important saponin.
If the Tribulus plants come from other parts of the planet, they are pretty much useless.
Optimum Nutrition use Indian and Chinese Tribulus - yup, useless...

Apparently, Optimum Nutrition's "Tribulus 625" is one of thoseproducts that do not contain any Protodioscin at all.
