" ... Ok.. I will have to be blunt here and tell it like it is. Opi-pro bars are horrible.. I mean some you can't even chew through it's like leather. Then everytime I'd have one it felt like it was just sitting in my stomach for days. I love their whey protein shakes.. but bars.. no no no. "
