" ... Everyone needs their fibre, especially as we get older (I am 43) it gets even more important in our lives and diets. I am also an advicate of organic foods and supplements. It's heathier. So the combination of this Organic + Fibre bar is a great idea. Taste I will rate 4 of 5, quality I will rate 10 of 5. "
