" ... Vertex is pretty potent. I use it now for about 2 months and really get large full thick pumps every workout, no matter what muscle group that I train. My strength is also climbing as a result of the increased intensity, especially in my legs, biceps and chest presses. I'm going to stick with it for a few more months. "

" ... Definatly helps step up your workout, but not to the point where you "gain 14 pounds of muscle in 4 weeks" as promised in their ad. I am on my last 8 pills and won't be returning to the vertex aisle any time soon. "

" ... i give vertex a five star rating and is definatley my favorite suplement love the pumps. endurence has gone up. resistance to fatigue. and strength increase this is my favorite supplement out of everything i have try'd and will definatley continue my vertex cycle and have gained 2 lbs of muscle in three week, definatley worth trying out from my point of veiw "
