" ... policosanol, is part of my daily supplement pile. I am not sure how many out there use it, but I feel like giving it the respect it deserves. Like most vitamins, it is very beneficial in many ways. The main function of this vitamin is it's powerful control over cholesterol levels. Cholestrol levels are no joke and can cause stroked, heart attacks, even death. Policosanol is what has kept me healthy amongst other pills. Very good. "
