" ... Not many females use these weight training supplements, but I have no worries. I have used creatine and glutamine before and had good results. I didnt' get huge like most women are afraid of, that's impossible. So my new favorite supplement is eaa with leucein! I find that my muscle are taking better shape and I am getting leaner as well. To me going to the gym is like sculpting my body, each day I make a little increase here.. a little decrease there.. till it's perfect. I love it. "
