" ... This is an amazing product, you want to gain serious size, strength and don't care about a few pounds of extra fat then this is it. Remember you CAN'T gain muscle mass without some fat as well, it's impossible. People always say "I want to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time". Well don't we all, but it just doesn't work. The key is to bulk up first, adding as much muscle as possible and not worry about the little bit of fat/water that comes with it. Then comes the shredding part, where you keep the hard earned muscle and shed the fat/water. Perfect method. Anyways, n-large 2 is great, especially the chocolate with milk instead of water. "

It's only been about 3 weeks but my strength is coming back and I've added some more fullness to the muscles.. I actually look like I used to work out lol!
