" ... I love this cereal, I was worried at first since it's "healthy" that the taste would not be any good. I was MISTAKEN, this protein cereal is actually better than the regular sugar-filled brands on the shelves. I've been using this protein cereal from Kay's for years and wouldn't not go back to regular cereal - what would be the point. The flavors are great too, my current favorite is the honey almond cereal - delicous! "
