" ... Well it's no secret that oatmeal is the ideal breakfast carbohydrate source. It's natural and had the type of carbs that will fuel you slowly during the whole day as they are absorbed specifically in intervals. I used to cook oatmeal, then stick it in the fridge, and then I'd add a cup or two of it into my protein shake. Was a little thick but it did the job. So now it's so much easier.. because it's easier to drink and no hassles preparing the oatmeal each and every morning! "

" ... Great mix if you ask me, I used to have to eat oatmeal with some egg whites or a whey protein shake. Now I get it all in one tasty shake that takes minutes to drink. Very convenient and better yet, simple to prepare! "
