" ... I have to post that alpha-gpc protein shake it doing much better than I expected. I've used protein shakes before and they've worked fine, but alpha-gpc takes it to the next level, actualy higher. It's is aimed at athletes, so don't take it otherwise.. no point. My training for football has became much more intensed and focused.. alpha-gpc is exactly what I needed. "
