" ... I just finished my contest diet and show. I won 2nd place in heavyweights, pretty good considering. Anyways, my diet was made so much easier with the liquid whites. Breakfast is easy, and adding them to my shake before bed is also easy. Trust me, when it comes down to contest prep the less you need to hassle with and worry about the BETTER! "

" ... Fitness competitor. For anyone that competes and know about dieting then you know that egg whites are part of a daily meal plan. And we all know how fast we can run out of eggs.. or those little tiny egg white containers. So ofcourse this large egg whites packaging is a real bonus and lifesaver in more ways then one.
