" ... Does make you feel like doing exercise and thats great for me who naturally hasnt got the desire and feels constantly tired. This lifts this tiredness too which is great. And suppresses desire to eat aswell which is great as Im always constantly hungry and it stops this. You still do eat but a tenth of what normally would eat. My eyes do slightly impair from normal state (have felt slightly stingy and blured). I do tend to feel bolloxed later but good lift. Does break down fat quick. I do not take everyday as I know Im not quite right on them and want to be rational, not overely sensitive or overely emotinal some side effects I have experienced before. So try not to do it on days that I got things planned, so I can take it at pace it desires and can let my immediate family know im on the pill if my actions arent normal. Did used to take 'vennom' daily and became a ticking time bomb waiting to explode, had short fuse and violent towards my partner so cautious on taking things now as that wasnt really me. "
