" ... Over the years I've tried many recovery supplements and this is the one that's reasonably priced and definitely works. I can think of two products that are better for at least 2X the cost. This and a well planned diet makes a hugh difference in recovery, power in lifts, and yes, libido. 4 caps a night and use creatine pre-workout...simple supplementation. "
