" ... just came off of kre-alkalyn after much research. this for me is a very good product. much better than creatine monohydrate. low price very effective and had me in the gym doing 2 hour workouts when i usually workout for an hour. pumps were great i keep getting xtra energy to push out more reps. this made a differnce in addition to my regular stack. WOW. "
