as pills there ok in terms of delivery
it works best when you take the white powder out of the caps and put in a pre and post workout shake
strengh gains are ok i prefer prosource.net beta alanine better
muscular endurance is off the hook im bulking up right now so it ok
i like to go to muscular failure on this stuff it seems i just keep going pretty crazy
this would be great for an on season diet and training "
