" ... HMB has been around for a while now. It first came out when supplements like creatine, glutamine, etc were getting attention. I find hmb to be the best out of all of them to actually gain muscle mass. The rest just give you better pumps and water bload, hmb by scifit gives you muscles. Try it and post your results.. I am interested to see how others react. "

" ... HMB is an oldschool supplement, which did get too much recognition even though it was and is very effective. Nice to still see it around and that I am not the last one using it. Good value for your money spent. "
