" ... Hi everyone.. just wanted to let all the ladies out there know that this is by far the best multivitamin for us. It triggered for athletes, or active women. We have different needs than regural people, so those average multivitamins just don't cut it. Alphafemale is also time-released which means one or two tabs a day and that's it. Added calcium us also a bonus, most of us need it anyways. "
