Silvio Samuel DIET PLAN
Without any question, when Silvio entered the IFBB professional bodybuilding scene, he truly set a new standard
for ultimate conditioning! You could literally see every muscle twitch and fiber as his skin was paper thin!
Silvio was blessed with a very high metabolism which allowed for a less strict diet to get in top shape.
Tip 1 - He always consumed higher carb foods in the beginning of the day.
Tip 2 - Keep your meals very regular, every 2-3 hours each day.
Tip 3 - Use a high protein source each day, especially amino acids.
Tip 4 - Vary your protein intake from beef, fish, turkey and chicken.
Silvio Samuel WORKOUT ROUTINE
One of the great things about Silvio is that he was always able to bring a full presence to the stage. He had
great genetics for full muscle bellies which gave the illusion of a bigger size compared to reality.
Silvio took much of his learning from Charles Glass the master trainer, here is a sample chest & shoulder day.
Smith Machine Inclines Presses - 4 sets of 8-12 repetitions
Hammer Strength Decline Presses - 4 sets of 8-12 repetitions
Incline Dumbell Presses - 4 sets of 8-12 repetitions
Machine Presses - 4 sets of 8-12 repetitions
Dumbbell side lateral raises - 4 sets of 8-12 repetitions
Wide-grip upright rows - 4 sets of 8-12 repetitions
Smith machine overhead Presses - 4 sets of 8-12 repetitions
