" ... I actually use it everyday before work. It's helps me stay alert and focused. I work in a very fast paced industry, and even a minute of shortened attention and I can get fired. Focus XT is more effective and easier to take the 5 cups of coffee each and every day. I highly recommend it, even though I suppose it's meant for pre-exercise reasons as well. "
