" ... Phenibut is a great sleep aid. I have a hard time sleeping, and phenibut knocks me out cold. It's great, I don't wake up, or toss and turn during the nights. As a restuls I am more refreshed in the mornings and my recovery times have also improved because my body actually rests now during night time. I can't imagine going without it now. "
