" ... Ginger root is the best method to cure a cold. Most people have never heard of this method but it is quite regular in europe and I remember as a child my grandmother would give it to me. But back then it was the real root ground up, not an easy pill like we have today with this brand and other alike. It's natural and safe and much better for you long term than some medicated ingredients created in some labs. "
