" ... Iron is a pretty important supplement vitamin to take as you get older. I am 43 now and have to take it everyday as I can't get enough of it in the foods I eat. I find solaray to be a quality company and the price is reasonable compared to other higher priced supplement companies. Remember people.. dont' neglect your body.. take what is needed with the advice of your doctor. "

" ... Excellent! Iron is key for so many health aspects that it should never be overlooked. I currently am using the solaray brand and am very please with it both in effectiveness as well as cost. I use about six other solaray supplements as well. "
