" ... EXCELLENT!!! I love my stability ball.. it makes working out at home sooooo much easier! Trust me everyone.. you can do so much with it. And for those that think it's to wimpy.. well trust me you can't get a better workout if you do it right! Look up exercise on the internet, or use the manual that should come with this one.
