I really started to notice it kicking in about a month after taking the smallest recommended amount. I gained more soxe and each week in the gym I was going heavier with the exercises and pushing out more reps. Not like 5-10 reps, nothing drastic, but a nice 1-2 reps per set. My brother and I used to always work out together until he moved so he hadn't seen me for a little while and when I saw him again about two months of taking SUS500 he was in shock of how much mass I had put on. My chest, traps, shoulders, and arms all looked fuller. According to my brother it was a big difference from the last time he saw me. I told him it was the SUS500...... "

I am currently on my second week and have already packed on 8lbs. and my bodyfat has decreased!! my max on incline has gone from 225 x 3 to 225 x 6 and from 225 x 10 to 245 x 10 on bench and thats with only hitting up my chest twice in that period of time. my shoulders and arms are looking rounder and i have upped my squat and i am leg extending 255 x 25 with a pause. this product is unbelievable and i have not experianced any side effects so far. This is my first cycle of any prohormone so I can't really compare it to anything but the results I got from this product was amazing. I was able to put on 10 pounds from 166 to 176. I have a fast bolism which makes it hard for me to gain weight and to be able to gain this much weight (not fat or water-weight) was awesome. All my lifts went up tremendously in just a month's time. Ex. Inline bench went from 205 to 235 and squat from 315 to 355. I remember I could barely do 190 three times but at the end of the cycle was able to do it eight times. I started out with just two pills a day and then bumped it up to three and back down to two to finish in 30 days. Might sound weird but I talked to another guy who did that and it worked fine for him. It really wasn't that abvious until about a week and half or so into it and then it felt like I just kinda blew up. It was crazy. My shoulders looked bigger, chest looked bigger, and my back looked huge. Great product, but make sure you get a pct with it once you get through. I did notice a little shrinkage (if you don't know what I'm talking about then you shouldn't be looking up prohormones) which was surprising since nobody else seemed to have had an issue with it, but my body isn't the same as every one elses. Now hopefully I can just keep my gains. "

" ... Heard great things about the SUS500 from others and decided to try it for myself. I started my cycle at 150 lbs and ended at 181 (2 cycles straight). That's 31 lbs in just 2 months. Was eating more, lifting heavier, and had to move up an entire size in clothing because I grew out of everything. Fair warning though, Me and some other buddies that did it noticed we were very tired the first couple of days into the cycle. It will pass and you'll get back to normal. Aggression went up big time, so watch the temper and control yourself. Just started my PCT with 2 Nolvadex XT tabs a day and have already lost 4 lbs from being off the SUS500 and notice a decrease in strength and size. If you are under 18 or still popping morning wood naturally, DO NOT take pro hormones or any other anabolics. Your body does NOT need it. I give this product 5 stars for the fact that its better than anything I've ever used (including Dr. prescribed testosterone). I have been using sus500 for over 2 years, cycles properly ofcourse with proper pct as well as proper estrogen and dht inhibitors during the use which results in zero side-effects. I really think it's a great mass builder as well as strength builder too.
Over the years I've always had my yearly checkups, blood work, etc from my family doctor and I've always come into perfect health. I think it just comes down to using these products smart. "

At 6'4' I went from 225lbs to 250lbs of muscle. The pump is incredible. Just received another supply, gotta get ready for summer. I'll try and answer all the questions everyone has, If you take SUS500 you should be atleast 21 if you dont wanna mess up your body.You should already be lifting like crazy too before you start this, cause its not gonna work like magic and one morning ur gonna be huge,the harder and more serious you lift the better the results.My weight was 177, my max bench was 235 before i took sus,now its a different story im 195 and i rep 225 ten times easily.If you wanna know what worked for me this is what i did. I took 2 pills daily for a month and lifted atleast 5 days a week, people ask "do i stack it with anything" the answer is YES... Its called food you stack this ish with food, eat anything and everything your body needs it(no fast food obviously). I took a little bit of protein and made sure to take vitamins everyday. You have to drink a bunch of water too, i got headaches to just make sure to force yourself to drink a ton of water.After your done with your cycle you need to get on a product called Vitrix and a pct of your choice. Take those two together for the next month and you should be fine. SIDE EFFECTS, there are very little the first one is it will mess with your s*x drive but only when your on it, thats why you take a pct and vitrix then you'll be back to norm after that. Second i did get extremly tired, but thats why you just take an hour nap or so pound an energy drink and your good to lift. Headaches very little more and more water fixed that. And the last thing is if you have bad skin like me you need to take extra care cause you might break out a little, nothin big it will go away. you dont need liver cleaners or est blockers. Just do what i did and i promise u it will work. "

You will be conscious of the fact that an accelerated process is happening in and to your body. One problem I had was 'blood flow' issues. My fingertips were constantly tingling and I had trouble with my arms 'falling asleep' overnight. I had comments from friends, family and coworkers about my accelerated growth. One person I hadn’t seen in a couple of months came up to me and said 'Tell me what you are on and how can I get it, your fricken huge!' It takes several things to accomplish these gains. I stacked SUS500 and TREN 250 (One pill of each in the morning and one pill of each in the evening for a total of four pills a day). I ate roughly 3500 to 4000 calories a day. I'm using an intense, six days a week, lifting schedule that includes each body part twice a week. Each body part, twice a week is the key because with these products the recovery time of the muscle is nearly instantaneous. YOU WILL NOT BE SORE, I promise you that. Make sure you take a PCT (Arimadex, made by the same company, is excellent) so that you will not lose all of your gains. "

Dan's answer .. Hello Wayne,
I can shed some light on the subject for I used the Sus500 last spring and had great results. Your going to want to increase your protein intake,this is where your Cal. intake will go up but your going to want to keep the carbs at a mod. intake. The more protein the faster the results as well as recovery. You deff. need a PCT so that you do not lose your hard earned muscle. What happens is while on a PH your Test levels increase giving you the advantage to build muscle. When you come off a PH your test levels drop and your estrogen levle sky rocket, this causes all the muscle that you gained to be lost. So with a PCT the estrogen is decreased and your test levles are then brought back to normal and you will keep most of the gains that you got with the PH. Good luck and keep me posted.

I would strongly suggest you do not play around with any type of prohormone until you hit 24. You have to take into factor your weight and caloric intake. To help increase your bench try upping your carb intake slightly. This will give you more energy and increase your strength. You may also want to change up your workouts a bit so that you may get over your plateau, this will also help increase your bench. Hope I helped!

Dan's answer .. To be honest I would run With the sus500 and with your PCT, Depending on what your PCT is. I always run it with PH's as well as any type of test booster.

James the TANK's answer .. Hey Liz, first of all the reason your man is messed up is because he doesn't have a clue on how to use pro-hormones. SUS500 should not be used longer than ONE MONTH at a time with a 4-6 week break in between with proper PCT to get his hormones back to normal. In this manner SUS 500 is an excellent product and will give him good results while keeping his libido in check.
I strongly suggest you recommend to your man that he do some research, it's all over the internet. And to get off the product right now.

Dan's answer .. I dont not recomend you taking a PH at your age. If your really seriouse about using it I would firt try a test booster to see how your body responds. Try taking novadex by gaspari nutrition.
