" ... Great thick pumps, I like the orange flavor! Only downside was a little gas, but when your 200 pounds and benching 290 its not going to kill anyone if i ahart the gym shorts! TRAC works great, much better value than NOExplode or PumpTech

" ... dissapointed with this one. i had fruit punch. taste was alright but pumps were not there. mhp made hit products but this was not one of them. i was told by a guy at the gym to try the original as this to him tasted like gasoline. i'll give trac a try and hopefully it gets me a better pump since it has no caffeine. "
