" ... Well I finally used trimspa after the months if not years of tv ads! I decided, hey it can't hurt to try. So 3 months of weigh training 3 times a week, decent dieting and trimpsa three times a day! I am now a firm believer in this supplement, it is extremely potent and you'd be surprised how fast the fat melts off.. I actually have 4 abs now! "
