Trish Warren DIET PLAN

Trish is one of the most popular and successful fitness athletes that has ever come out of the IFBB. She is married to fell professional athlete Branch Warren and together they truly make a power couple in the fitness world. She is extremely athletic and always in great shape!

When it comes to the contest diet, Trish really dials it in with a strict plan that she follows closely such as this:

Meal 1 - 4 egg whites, 1oz buffalo meat, 1/2 cup oatmeal

Meal 2 - Protein Shake

Meal 3 - 4oz chicken breast, 4oz asparagus, 1/2 cup brown rice

Meal 4 - 4oz chicken breast, 3oz potato, green vegetables, small avacado

Meal 5 - 4oz salmon, spinach, almonds

Meal 6 - Protein Shake




Trish Warren WORKOUT ROUTINE




To get to the elite level of Fitness that is the best of the best, you truly need to commit hundreds if not thousands of hours in to your skill development. Compared to other sports in the IFBB where the physique is primarily judged, Figure contains a tremendous physical component.

While Trish changes up her program several times, here is a basic sample of her leg training:

Exercise 1 - Squats, perform 3 sets of 15-20 repetitions

Exercise 2 - SUPERSET: walking lunges with leg extensions of 3 sets of 25-30 repetitions

Exercise 3 - Leg press, 3 sets of 35 repetitions

Exercise 4 - SUPERSET: lying leg curls with stiff-legged deadlifts of 3 sets of 15-20 repetitions

Exercise 5 - Single Leg Hamstrings Curls

CARDIO - Perform 30 minutes of cardio on your choice of machine or activity
