" ... Kre-Alaklyn is the next and better level of creatine monohydrate. I just stopped using cell tech, which is plain creatine with sugar, and I switched to kre-alkalyn from ultimate nutrition. This was based on advice from a few guys at they gym who look like they know what they are doing. Anyway, after 4 weeks of kre-alkalyn, I am seeing the huge difference from teh old plain creatine powder. I feel like more of the creatine gets into my systems, helps my recovery at least 2x and NO water retention. "

" ... ive been onit for three weeks
no water retention or compartment syndrom
strength gains are pretty good
im currently stacking with green tea extract,8-10g BCAA powder form,
with the bcaa recovery is super fast very delayed pain
not as great strength gains as creatine monohydrate
overall great product great for cutting and lifting heavy at same time "
