" ... Amino acids are the keys that build and repair muscles. Basically what makes you grow. Amino acids are the building blocks if you can call it that. They are found in all the protein supplements you drink. Well it's easier to just skip through all the shakes and take a spoonfull of the real thing. Easier and much faster absorption into the muscles. Perfect supplements if you ask me. "
