" ... the absolute worse protein shake. its irritating because it does not mix well at all. if u put it in a shaker it floats on top and changes the color of the water, all in all looking like wet cement. the only good thing is the price, but why am I not surprised that I'm not satisfied. "

" ... i,ve experience the same thing. the mixability, i just add with room temperature water and it doesn't dissolve. am i doing the right way of making it?
and it taste horrible, but does it work? or is whey better?

" ... Well, I would definatally say wheat protein is healthier than whey. Whey comes from cows milk, which is dairy, and not many people know that dairy is unhealthy. Huge dairy just recently became popular, and so did the use of hormones and antibiotics on the cows that supply the whey. So technically, what you consume with whey is the natural cow hormones, extra hormones added by produces to increase milk production, and antibiotics to prevent the cow's udders from becoming infected, which often is the case. So technically what I am saying is any vegetable protein source is a healthier choice than any animal protein source. And not necessarily a lower quality protein, which most people believe vegetable protein is to be. "
