" ... I like rtd (ready to drink shakes). They are convenient, be careful some of them taste like chalk, or worse. This one RTD by ultimate nutrition is actually amazing.. I also recommend the Myoplex and Labrada RTD. "

" ... I am a big fan of this drink, the great part is the rtd - ready to drink aspect. We all know mixing shakes on the go in those hand held containers is always a mess, and a hassle. These cans of protein, ready to go and amazingly delicous are a dream come true. I love the vanilla cream, awesome! "
