" ... tris, ya. i have felt the same way, i took this product for a little bit over a month and started a cycle of a dif T-booster, after i was done with my 2nd cycle. i felt extremely tired and lost my drive to working out, i felt like sitting around instead of working out. i have had gains from this product. although it is very good, there are much better Test. boosters on the market. i have been taking a break from test grow hp 2 and started a new anabolic stack. 17-hd and anabolic 7. i have already noticed better improvments. give it a shot "

Rush's answer .. yes, u can take pre, post protien. u can pretty much take with any supp. most of what in there is herbal serms and AI, natty test booster, & herbal heart support.

Go with lots of GOOD protein to gain good weight, man. Lift - Protein, Lift - Protein...repeat...Creatine alone will not help with gains. Your muscles ARE protein. If you're gonna build 'em you gotta pack on more of what they are made of. Keep it simple. With that said, I have been using Testostro Grow HP 2 and have noticed growth, harder muscles, and mainly more strength with will ultimately lead to bigger muscles if you train right.
