" ... 2 Shredded is a pretty good fat burner. It's true what the label states, it does control appetite. I do have to usually double the dosage, to get a the real effects. But so many people will probably be ok with a single dosage. 2 shredded is on of those hidden gems in the over-hyped diet pill market, nice to have come across it. "
