I was happy when they came out with a "prohormone" type product that delivers results but not the nasty and lethal side-effects. In 2 6 weeks cycles of m-stak, I have gained a total of 34 pounds of lean muscle tissue, lost 4 inches off my waist and finally.. I look great and feel great. " ... I am a big fan of animal m-stak. I actually use most of the universal nutrition supplement line, starting back from over 10 years ago. Just great quality and bang for your buck everyime in my opinion. We all know the prohormone age has come and gone, but thanks to m-stak we can still get the prohormone effects without the unwanted dangers and law! I have been making steady gains over the past 7 months with m-stak, upto the point where friends and family will question whether I am taking anabolic steroids. " ... done the 21days it was an awesome product. Focus, strength, libido, muscle mass all went up and look more defined. I am on Vyotech stack 17HD and Anabolic 7 at moment and i feel like rubbish with them but am gona finish them. I will definately buy Animal M Stack again it is a quality product "

unfortunately this supplement will not add "mass" in selected parts of your body. It will however enable your body to help maximise the potential mass you could gain. This is a great product ( i mean really great) but should not be used as a sole supplement. It should be used in conjunction with your other supplements (protein, creatine etc.), and it'll give you that extra boost. Like all supps you need to be working HARD!!...this will give you that extra edge ;)... "

" ... this is not a bad product. Decent results. the strength was great and it stayed with me even when i stopped taking the product. Energy focus both great. Would use again if i could find it for about 25. ITs a little pricey for the results its not going to make you huge thats for sure. Overall not bad "

" ... Okay, so i wasn't going to write about this till the end of my first cycle with it, but on day two i already saw results. Started taking it yesterday on my off day and today was my max effort upper body. My original PR on one rep bench was 195, which is my body weight by the way, but today, on day two of my cycle, i blew through that. I hit 215 with a pause on the chest for one rep. I am definatlely a hard gainer and hope this keeps working like this, i will report back at the end of the cycle. "

" ... Just wanted to follow through with the full review for this product. I finished a few days ago and I loved it, I am up to 205 pounds body weight and recently benched 225 for 1 rep. I have not squated during the three weeks but my deadlift did go up. I was originally doing 345 for three reps, now i'm doing 330 for ten reps. Loved the product, great strength and mass gains, my muscles look alot fuller and i am much stronger, no side effects for me other than a very slight increase in acne on my shoulders. minimal and it doesn't matter. BUY THIS PRODUCT! "

anonymous's answer .. im the same size and age and ive been on it for a week. i havent noticed any side effects. i did however notice that i can now rack almost every leg machine in the weightroom where i work out and i have tons of energy. i can lift for 4-5 hours with only a minute or two break in between each set and i never get tired. i only stop because i get bored. i get great workouts in with animal m stak, animal pak, and creatine all stacked together. ill kep you updated when i finish this cycle on my gains. bottom line, you should be fine. no side effects for me so far
Blake's answer .. I posted already but forgot to mention that nobody should be training for 4 to 5 hours holy jeez. You will most likely overtrain and do more harm than good. Don't beat a dead horse(dont keep training an already efficiently worked muscle). If you cant finish your training in an hour give or take ten minutes...then your not training hard enough or using your time effectively.

" ... You should not be using this at 16. Read the labels and abide by them. Focus on your diet before taking supps before u should. Stick with the basic "foundational" supps bro. Stunting growth hasn't really been proven...merely a well educated theory. If u wanna stick with universal go with the pak, nitro, and have protein. " ... I have mixed feelings with this product. I ate big and clean especially while on it and the only noticeable effect was that I became a little more lean. Nothing extreme, but somewhat noticeable. No strength gains at all, all numbers stayed where they were baseline. No weight gain either, actually lost a few pounds while on it. For me, a few pounds is a lot seeing as how I am small framed and a hard gainer. I was pretty disappointed with this product overall, however, would not count it out as a possibilities for others! "

" ... nice product being an ectomorph is hard 4 me to gain mass however wit mstak i can already see the difference in my chest and triceps in one week of use, anyways the product increase my peck dek machine 35 pounds in one week
im not the type of guy who's really strong (u kno watta mean?) so goin from 100 to 135 was a huge gain for mee also i gained 3 pounds in a week from 150 to 153 in just one week anyways im staking it with animal pak and creatine so that might have helped my results

animal mstak before workouts (do not take the red pill)
and 5 grams of daily creatine (after loadin myself with 20g for one week)
this has worked for me wonders as i said b4 i had a HARD time gainin muscle
now im aimin for the brad pitt look in the fight club or cam gigandets in never bak down which is not really hard to achieve since i have 10% body fat just 4% more to go and more mass and i'll be ready to go "
