" ... Milan,at 19 years old you don`t need more testosterone.Eat a lot,lift heavy for 6-8 reps using squat,deadlift,barbell row,bench press etc. Wait until you are 23-25 years old to use a test booster. "

" ... I agree with Alex. At your age you're nowhere near your full potential, boosting your test is good when your starting to plateau not when your young and have lots of muscle to build still. Just pick up heavy sh*t. As far as N1-T is as a supplement, I'm currently on it and really like it. Right now N1-T and Whey Protein are the only supplements on my cycle but with a good routine and diet I've managed to gain 3 or 4lbs of solid muscle. It's not a supplement that you'll suddenly notice it's effects the first time or even first week of using it, but as you continue taking it, you'll begin to appreciate its potency. "
